This policy follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This site sets no cookies.

It uses no trackers, no analytics and no advertising.

Fonts, images and the home page video are served from this site.

Pages load nothing from Google Fonts or any other third party.

Our host may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

The diagnostic runs in your browser.

Your email is optional. Without it, the diagnostic still works and nothing is sent.

Nothing is sent unless you enter your email and tick the consent box.

Then we send your challenge, your role and your company size.

We also send your 10 answers, your 5 scores, the language and your email.

You receive a recap email with your scores only.

Purpose: to reply to you about your diagnostic.

Legal basis: your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Diagnostic emails stay in our mailbox for 12 months at most.

Then we delete them.

We never sell them or pass them on to anyone.

Our technical providers (hosting, email) handle them only on our behalf.

The server keeps a keyed hash of your IP address, with send times.

It serves only to limit sends to 5 per hour.

It is pseudonymised, not anonymous.

It is deleted after 24 hours at most.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

“Book a call” opens Calendly, an external booking service.

Calendly applies its own privacy policy: https://calendly.com/privacy.

From the diagnostic result, the link pre-fills your challenge in Calendly.

It carries the first 500 characters of your text.

You can access, correct or erase your data.

You can also restrict or object to its use, or ask for portability.

You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Withdrawal does not affect sends made before it.

You can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
